If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact. Returns are accepted only for items that are damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered. To initiate a return, simply contact our support team at sales@drazor.in with your order details and product photos. Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you through the return process. Please note that certain items such as innerwear, accessories, or sale items may not be eligible for return. Drazor.in reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
