At Drazor.in, we understand that plans can change, so we offer a flexible cancellation policy. You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it is shipped, whichever comes first, by contacting us at sales@drazor.in with your order ID. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be subject to our return policy instead. In case of a successful cancellation, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Drazor.in reserves the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances such as stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraud, in which case a full refund will be issued.
